Payment

What payment methods can I use? - Depending upon your account with us, you may have direct invoicing, or you may need to enter payment information at checkout. On our web shop you can safely pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club card,  or using Paypal.

When is my credit card debited? - Your credit card is debited when you pay for your order in our web shop.

 

Privacy

How will you treat my personal information that I enter on your web shop? - Your privacy is important to us and we at Six Strings are committed to your privacy, you can read more about our privacy statement here.

 

Delivery

How long does it take to process my order? - The processing of your order does not take long. As soon as the order is paid in full, we start processing and then packing you order. Normally an order ships within 2-3 business days. (Processing times for business cards are however longer because of the complex printing process and the required exchange of information, please see business card FAQ for details).



What if I change my mind and want to change my order once my order is placed? - Once an order is placed and paid for at our web shop, you can not make any changes. Therefore it is very important that you check so that you order is correct before you proceed to paying for your order. Look here view our return policy.

Order History

Can I view my previous transactions at your web shop? - Yes, by registering with us through our web shop, you can check your order status online and view your previous order history. You can also change your password or make changes in your address book.
